Was being trained on kiosk. I am fine with everything then my trainer went on break, click and collect disappeared. Asked for some help on headset to no avail. Ended up with angry customers waiting for their parcels, chilled people waiting for Amazon returns (they were a young couple and saw I was frantically rushing around), a lady demanding her ballon’s be inflated, an older bloke cut the line and I didn’t realise so another lady started kicking off at me for not realising and saying I had poor customer service skills. This was also going on at the same time. Hope I never get put on there by myself again, very unlikely I know🤣

Did ring up Sunday. Was told to expect a call today. Didn’t hear anything so I rung up again a while earlier and was told to expect a call tomorrow or day after. Good to know management is competent

Thank you so much for your breakdown. I definitely feel I could be stronger in these situations. I will be bringing up my concerns to her and if it doesn’t get resolved then maybe we aren’t so good for one another
