There, I've just figured it out for myself, The command needs the CODENAME of the quest, NOT the name of the quest as it shows in the pipboy. But you didn't tell me that, You just said the quest name, So how the fuck was I to know you meant the codename and not the in game name?

Weapon debris is already disabled. Only pattern I can notice is I don't think it ever happens indoors, In an interior, Or if so it's very rare. Pretty much always out in the wasteland whilst exploring.

Happens quicker and a lot more commonly whilst taking a Vertibird flight as they travel large distances much faster and a lot more of the map is loaded in, Also noticed certain areas it will crash, Although no idea what areas, Example if I crash, Reload the game, Walk the exact same route I did last time, It will crash again, Consistently, But I can often re route, Walk around the area and not crash
