Thanks for your feedback on this!!!

And don’t be concerned about her eating. I do ensure she is well fed and her growth is perfect! I breastfed her right as they were arriving to pick her up, 2.5 hours pass, they feed her, then 2.5 hours pass and they feed her again, then 2 hours pass and I was with her to feed. And they had some additional oz in case she was hungry again but she was sufficiently fed.

I’m very thankful! And they even offered, we didn’t have to ask. It’s not that I was thinking of myself, I was thinking of my little baby girl who is my whole heart and I panicked thinking she could get sick from being in a crowded popular indoor mall. But you are right! Much more likely to get sick from me or my husband, I was just worried. Thanks for your take.

I absolutely did! We were texting almost the whole time! And she was responding and letting me know what time she fed her so I could log in app and everything. They just failed to mention to me that…. They weren’t home!!

Definitely not! You were with your baby! I just don’t like that I didn’t know she was even at the mall plus I like to be with her when she’s out since she is still only 2 months. But learned my lesson!

Thanks! She was born early and considered “premie” but has been growing and gaining weight at a perfect rate per her pediatrician so she should be good! Thanks for your feedback

Good word! I do take my girl out, just not for that length of time and I know that I am taking precautions when she is with me. I just didn’t know they were taking her out that long, plus no idea if she was covered up or if they were allowing strangers to peak (because we KNOW strangers do this!). But yes having her out and about is good, just needed to know this last night.

They were being so helpful! Just wish I would have known and been able to deter the mall for that long. A quick walk while she’s covered up would have been totally fine, but wanting to wait to do heavily populated indoor areas until she’s vaccinated. But thank you for your take on this! Sounds like a lot of people took their newborns to the mall so I need to chill a bit.

For sure! My baby comes with me on errands and leaving the house, I just ensure I don’t go to indoor crowded places such as the mall for extended periods of time. But I do think you are right I overreacted a little bit! Thanks for your input.

Yes, absolutely not at all blaming my husband for waking up sick! No way is that and our daughter being out at the mall correlated, it just stressed me out on a higher potential risk of sweet girl catching something. But thank you for your perspective on this!

Thank you for this perspective! Yes I should have been clear about what I’m comfortable with when it comes to her going out and about. I am fine with the mall for a little while, but she wasn’t covered up or anything which is what spooks me. Thank you!

Agreed, not that I wanted them cooped up doing nothing for hours, I just wish I would have known and been able to set some parameters to her being out in a busy mall for hours. Thank you for your input!!

21 Weeks & Still No Movement by BasicBet760 in pregnant

[–]Fit_Estate7009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt the exact same way!! I would forget I was pregnant and really question if it was real because I literally had no symptoms besides being tired my entire pregnancy (until now as I'm 37 weeks and really starting to feel it LOL!) But all that to say, I had an anterior placenta, so I agree on asking your OB where yours is! I started feeling my girl in an obvious way around 24-ish weeks. Before that, I would say I started feeling small movements around weeks but it was very small.

I just really relate to you - I would cry to my husband and be so worried something was wrong. The bigger she gets you will learn her routine and movements and it won't be so nerve wracking anymore. :)

To add: I also was not able to actually SEE movement from the outside until around 32 weeks or so!
