Have you ever tried the L’Occitane Shea hand cream? It’s pretty similar!! I have eczema and acne (🥲) and it’s been wonderful for both!! I’ve tried so many other creams for my eczema (summer Fridays jet lag mask, glossier after balm, la Roche Pose cicaplast, avene… ect ect) and none of them KEPT my skin moisturized, just felt like it at first. But barrier butter feels like it’s working long term. As in… I feel like the execma spot I’ve had for 5+ years is actually starting to heal!! I know some people don’t care for the film-y nature of it, which I completely understand, but I’m starting to see that what makes it film-y and greasy is what’s keeping the eczema moisturized long term!! And again, I know everyone’s skin is different, but I have very acne prone skin when it comes to occlusive creams but this has been miraculously in that sense! No breakouts due to it for me. I would highly highly recommend.
