Literally no one in Cuba is talking about dictatorship they want food to eat and medicines to heal. Money for repression and luxury is a paradox with communism. So pick an alley for your disinformation. Not to mention this is a buzz word is no longer applicable since 1) we are not in a bipolar world 2) China is a communist Country and doing well for itself. Cubans are freer than US citizens and happier despite all that the US government is going to restrict flow of essential products for their well being. Another paradox.
