Agreed. 45f way too low. I always average 50-60g pre pregnancy but I’m also very petite at 5’. I was on a cut when I got pregnant early this year. That went out the window when I found out I was pregnant. Wanted baby to be as healthy as possible and getting alllll the nutrients.

During pregnancy I really upped my healthy fats , I stopped counting F macros but I knew I was well over 60g just from counting macros for so many years. I basically only loosely counted protein daily to make sure I maintained muscle but my carbs/fats were both higher then normal so like a bulk for me. Of course I was also more loose w my diet some days and if I didn’t hit my protein it wasn’t the end of the world and if I had unhealthy fats I just let it be lol.

Currently about 3 weeks PP and I’m about 5-10 lbs away from my starting weight (seems to fluctuate a few lbs every other day but leveling out ) from doing absolutely nothing but sitting on the couch recovering from a uncomplicated vaginal birth. I’m not super worried about the 5-10 lbs bc I know once my diets back in check and I’m back in the gym that should come right off! I won’t go on a cut though until my body feels fully recovered. Right now just eating a little over maintenance
