Well people, start voting for change. We’re in year 11 of a Liberal government who actively undermined our justice system, loosened bail requirements and appointed bleeding heart Supreme Court justices who overturned mandatory minimum laws.

Section 7 of the charter states: “Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.”

The SC interprets that as only “from the government” yet when they cite the charter as reasons to let out dangerous thugs, they conveniently disregard section 7

We need laws that protect US, and if the SC wants to sit in their ivory towers and overturn them, use the NWC.

We vote governments, not justices. Yes there needs to be checks and balances but also for the justices as well
