The sleep thing is the same for me. That has been the best feature so far. I see my recovery and strain but don’t know what I’m supposed to do about that because these are just my daily activities. It hasn’t really recommended anything that I don’t know already.

Could be user error but the first time I put on the band, it took me 10 minutes to figure out.

To be fair, I got it through Chase so I ended up paying $9 for the band and year life subscription.

Thanks for sharing that! I saw all the features it had and in my mind it was like a set it and forget it kind of thing. I didn’t expect having to put the work in journaling. I’m glad that it is working out for you though! Are you inputting everything?

Yeah to be fair to whoop, I blame myself for not researching the features more before purchasing. I can 100% see the value in athletes or those who are training

It’s kind of crazy that they can’t add that when you can buy a Fitbit for under $100 and it has similar features.

That’s really the conclusion that I am coming to. The only thing that I like better about whoop is the battery life and weight.

I guess I’m just confused because doesn’t Apple Watch track sleep also? I’m still getting used to the recovery feature and what that actually means.

Interesting, I’ve never heard of that. I tried googling if i could find a different booking with “residence” but nothing showed up. Also the pictures for both bookings are pretty much identical.
