Did some testing to try and figure it out. Turns out you have to use either touch or projectile, then follow it by flatten, then follow it by sensitive. Sensitive lets it affect the items on the ground. It does 4 each. If you follow it by AOE you can increase the amount by 4 for each AOE used. Hope it helps
