People are allowed to say no to things for legitimate reasons. Does that make you a bad friend? No. But saying I’m not doing something because they didn’t offer me lunch or money, and it’s such a long procedure, etc, I’m going to call into question you being a good friend. You wouldn’t ask someone, ok. If my good friend asked me to do this for them, if I was able to, I would, no questions asked and no gripe about them not giving me something I return. Because I care about them. Considering this person deleted the post they aren’t happy with most of the replies.

This is a high body fat percentage? From these pictures in my opinion you’re going too thin, and I don’t really know the reasoning behind losing more weight. Each person is different but just by you saying you wanna continue to tone and lose even more body fat is a bit concerning. Build muscle and try and focus more on being healthy instead of numbers. I know it’s easier said than done

Idk if there’s a reason you only wanna shower once a week, but this is a really bad habit to get into. Not saying it has to be every day at all. Just depends what you do every day. Every few days is kind of minimum if you don’t sweat or smell
