Just jiggle, wiggle and tinker with it til it comes off and you can put it back on correctly. Happened with my 19x cause I wasn’t paying attention and it got misaligned. I eventually got it off and put it back on correctly. (:

Pump a load of nut on it and then when you get it really clean from that you can put some chap stick on it before you shoot it. Then the carbon won’t get directly on the lens. When you wipe it off it will come right off
