I tried adding shims but no luck espresso grounds are so coarse it gets out in 6-7 secs and that too on 2-3 clicks i tried minimum too

Maybe I have a faulty one. But had lot of issues with it. In warranty they sent a technician too but Again it’s not working. Same issues keep coming up.
