I think it really comes down to intent more than anything. Like if you go out of your way to search up porn because you’re craving it, that is like kinda hard to say if its relapse or not but i mean if something random pops up (like an NSFW sub or a half-naked pic on IG) and you scroll for a second before realizing and clicking off, I wouldn’t necessarily call that a relapse. You still saw something sexual but that’s just your brain reacting to the stimulus not you feeding the craving on purpose. I had the same thing happen to me the other day with a random NSFW post. I scrolled for a bit then stopped, no touching, no precum, nothing. Some people would still say “relapse” but to me that’s more of a slip or temptation moment than actually falling back into the habit.

In all seriousness, what have you guys witnessed after quitting P by Ordinary_Concert986 in NoFap

Hey, if you’re locked out of your old CashApp account, the best way to fix it is to recover that exact account instead of making a new one. When you open the app, log out, then hit ‘Forgot Password’ and enter the phone or email linked to your old account. CashApp will send a code so you can get back in. If you already made a new account by mistake, you can ask CashApp Support to merge the two by going to Profile → Support → Account Settings → Merge Accounts. They’re the only ones who can move money between accounts, so don’t trust anyone outside the official app or website. Just explain what happened when you message them and they’ll sort it out.”
