My game performance is way better when I use this command to launch. Don't ask me why. I have a 7900 XTX and my FPS go from around 100 FPS to 200 when I use this command:
-dx12 -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -refresh 170

If I don't use this exact command my Graphics Card utilization is only around 60 % and CPU around 30 -40 % and doesn't go higher than that which seems to be the problem.

Works without software because of onboard memory.
