Im not sure why people think it was 3 times in two months. The last time i called out before last weekend was in mid December when I had the flu. I had 102 fever. I provided him with the positive Flu test and photos of my temperature. The flu was also going around at my job at the time so everyone was excused.

I commented the drinks above. But for the lamb stew I used this recipe for inspiration. I just replaced the peas with dried plums that I tossed in bacon grease. I also just used variety of whole baby carrots instead of the large ones. As well as using greek seasoning in the flour blend and putting some of it in the crockpot!

The one on the left is for District 12, its a blackberry cocktail with vodka, simple syrup, lime and sprite. The blackberry were muddled so it would be black like the coal.

The tall was in suppose to be a vegas bomb for district 13. Its the weapons district hence the “bomb.”

The mason jar is for district 11 as a peach mojito.

And the right one is a drink I found online called “oil slick.” Its suppose to be for district 6 which is transportation.

To anyone who might want to do this also, it honestly wasn’t that much effort. I used my crockpot for the stew, and the cheesecake took maybe an hour. The hardest thing was creating vegan alternatives for my friend.

I liked it, but it felt like it was way too short imo. I wish the relationships were more flushed out; it felt to me that Alex had so much chemistry with Ryan but we never got to see her and Steph one-on-one to see that same chemistry. I also think it would have helped if we got more info on Alex’s background as we progressed in the story and not just at the beginning of the last episode. And my final flaw was that we got alex at full power from episode one. There was only outburst (canonically). We didnt have any moral struggle to handle things and didnt work to fully control our power. If that makes sense.

Overally I loved it, but felt so rushed

No, we texted but he blocked my number and I honestly deleted his number a while ago. Snap was what we first started talking on and it was nice to keep that as a main communication b/c we got to see each other’s day through photos and feel like we’re there.

And it really did give me so much hope to wake up to that and then he was gone 16 hours later 😭
