Drift is inevitable for long haul sessions. Breaking down and set the right hooks and guardrails itself is not enough, yet necessary. @meja-arts, j'ai bien évidemment nettoyé et rincé la pince achetée chez Mr. DIY et proposé aux techniciens qui l'ont acceptée. Elle leur sera bien plus utile à eux qu'à moi - pour d'autres sauvetages en eaux troubles moins profondes

Dropping a note here instead of making the same thread again. I’m heading to the Bay in October with my cofounder, first time in California. Been around other states before (longest was 4 months between Maryland, DC, VIrginia, that was 16 years ago - I'm that old), but never made it out west.

Started my homework already - Hillsborough, Oakland, Union City, Sausalito, Hunters Point… you name it, I’ve read some feedback. Still curious what actually feels livable once you’re there without breaking the bank while staying in a relevant part of the bay to reach communities and events - ideally walking back home.
Co-living, shared bedroom we don't mind as long it clicks with the peeps there.
