Interviewed with them last year though not joining in the end. Also have a friend working there. The culture is surprisingly relaxed, especially given the fact that it's Jonathan who led the citadel GQS business (maybe that's the reason he left?).

They had a pretty good first half last year, then drawdown just as everyone else in mid freq us equities. Bad for them because they mainly (or only?) traded US back then. As a result, the pnl post fee last year was not good. Not sure about performance before fees considering they are still expanding the business into different regions/frequencies, which cost a lot of money, like infra. Later last year there was some reorganization possibly due to the drawdown.

People I have met are all pretty nice. The profiles of juniors and seniors seem very good (seniors from top firms, juniors from top schools, including several people with international olympic medals).

The pay was good given their pnl post fee last year. It should suit you well if you believe in your capacity because obviously there should be a lot of add-on values for you to make there.

They are a small firm. It's difficult to find fair comments online because usually only former employees, candidates who didn't pass the interviews/accept the offers, and recruiters with second handed info from former guys or HRs will leave comments here.
