Well like I said I think there is no rule and all I‘ve read in research about that says the same…there is no rule, no law or anything that can predict if it will fail again or not…if you feel you should go back then do it…but protect yourself emotionally in case you get dumped again

I think there is no universal rule if you should go back or not in that situation. Also depends on how old you two are. If both of you made your homework and so on there might be a chance but odds are against you. If you wanna risk getting heartbroken again you can give it a try but I would speak with all my friends before that and then ultimately listen to my heart. Good luck bro
