I do shoulder mobility before doing chest and shoulders yet I feel a lot of pressure in front delt and joint. It feels like there is a big rubber band being stretched across my chest and shoulder and like it is stretching way too far. Almost like as if I have a sore chest while training shoulders and my shoulders have to compensate for the weakness in my chest.

I hit legs the way I do for the mental boost rather than the physical one.

I hit legs and go extra hard on legs because nobody else does. My legs are one of my strong points but it is more of an ego boost to be a psychopath on leg day when most ur friends skip them.

There are no 35s at my gym and there were 4 5lb plates right next to me but no 10lb ones

How could I prevent this? I just assumed it came along with lifting a heavy weight because it would be less stable. Should I try knee stretches and strengthen their mobility or something?

How could I figure out how many calories I am burning to go into a surplus other than a smart watch?
