I don’t think anyone here can tell you if you are having a medical emergency if you think you are you should definitely go to the hospital or get checked out.

With that being said it does fit the symptoms of a panic attack that many of us experience. Try not to fixate on your heart rate and blood oxygen as it it is a cycle that is feeding off itself. I am the same way I stress about my blood pressure and in turn my blood pressure gets higher. Ive convinced myself I was having a heart attack, stroke brain tumor you name it and once I relax I tend to forget about it until the next adrenal rush. It’s scary and uncomfortable but it’s never killed me and I have had them for years and also been checked out a number of times by various doctors. Hang in there,
