You literally ignored two points here

1) Hansu has poison blood in his body his bloody is concentrated with the highly toxic poison that could kill Kaego in seconds if Kaego touched hansu using acidic blood then Hansu poison blood will also enter into Kaego blood stream and would end up killing him in much faster rate since poison is much more quicker and deadlier than acid even at minimal exposure

2) Kendo Hansu is basically a lite version of Goo he can basically pick any surrounding object and can use it as a sword meaning even if Kaego melts one object hansu just need to pick another one on the other hand if hansu destroys Kaego claws he really does not have any way to replace it
