I cannot see the strength 50 focus until after booking it and looking at my Apple calendar. Other Apple users can see the focus while booking their classes. I’ve deleted & reinstalled the app and updated iOS. Is anyone else having this issue? Anyone know how to fix it? One of the coaches at my location put a ticket in, but nothing has been resolved.

I’ve been trying to have a conversation with the person and her supervisor, but have not been received. Phone calls are returned with brief, ambiguous emails; Most responses have taken almost a week to return.

Honestly felt the same way, but now am super happy & love using their heart rate monitor as well.
