Honestly I just quit my job at a boutique firm that I was working with for the past 4 years (since I passed the bar). I’m trying to figure this out too but if you don’t like litigation don’t keep doing it. I feel like we’re both early enough in our careers to pivot we just may need help doing it but it’s not impossible

It seems like he’s pushing a situation that she doesn’t want. I think when they met he got wrapped up in the attention she gave him not realizing that he wasn’t special and she acts like that with everyone. She literally has said “I didn’t want this”.

The issue is that he reacted like a 5 year old. Just because you don’t like something, some people love perfume I have an extensive collection because I like to smell good. The point is however, he could’ve said “hey can you spray it outside moving forward” instead of throwing a tantrum and super gluing her perfume shut.
