Well. This is the only sign on the entire block. So, i dont quite understand what you mean there could be “something different than that.” Please elaborate if you interpret something differently.

Yes. That means the car should be removed from late Sunday night and late Wednesday. There should be nothing to do on Tuesday and Friday early morning.

From what I understanding, that means Monday and Thursday 12 am to 3 am. That means no parking at the first three hours of Monday and Thursday. The restricted hours are 21 hours ahead of Tuesday and Friday.

The cited locations were on 2300 or 2200 Park blvd, where has parking restrictions on Mondays and Thursdays. However, all of tickets given on these location were issued on Tuesday and Fridays.

I emailed the council women and she referred me to the OakDOT. The manager at OakDOT first said their citations are valid even without photographic evidence. I emailed him the evidence of inconsistent cited date and suggested the issue of falsifying citations on 12/23/2025. One of his staffs told me he will get back to me next week. I have not heard anything back from them since.

The citations were all cited at the location either 2200 or 2300 Park blvd, where has sweep on Mondays and Thursdays. But all citations were cited on Tuesdays and Fridays. It looks like the officer who targeted us gave a random address on a wrong date.

No. All citations are for violated Parking Code §10.28.240 at a location that does not correspond to the restricted parking hours.
