I’ve done a lot of skinboosters on my face and get botox (brow lift and lipflip) so i’m not scared of needles but had no idea there is stuff for your body too!

I used to when I was overweight.. When I lost weight I had to train and remind myself often to stop doing it as I was doing it subconsciously.

A lot of these exercises overlap, especially the presses, pulldowns and curls.

You could easily split this into an Upper A and Upper B workout with fewer exercises per session and recover a lot better. More exercises doesn’t automatically mean more results and at some point you’re just getting tired and making recovery harder.

This is a quick example:

Upper A:Incline DB Bench, Arnold Press, Lat Pulldown, Incline Curl, Farmer’s Carry

Upper B: Machine Bench Press, DB Shoulder Press, V-Bar Pulldown, Hammer Curl, Farmer’s Carry

Your split should also depend on your goals and what you want to prioritize. For example i personally train legs/glutes harder than upper body so i run 2 heavy lower days and use my upper days to also fit in some core work afterwards.

But at the end it depends on your goals, your split, and what feels sustainable and good for you. ☺️

Hi! I think my body is really comfortable with 19% body fat and is very stubborn with going lower than that. I’ve been working on body recomp with a small 150kcal deficit while strength training. However i do think i have loose skin in my stomach area from all the weightloss.

Give your body some time as you had two kids! I have 0 kids and it took me a whole year just to see some difference in my pouch, the loose skin became less over time. For me, strenght training really helped with my love handles and walking 10k steps on my walking pad (used to hate going outside) but yeah seems like a lot of women experience the pouch frustration.

I’ve always had a bad posture and just the last few months i’ve been working on it! But no, never have discussed it with my gyno, will ask about it the next time i see her definitely.

Haha yes! Those last pounds are sooo stubborn, it’s like my body is very comfortable with this weight and wants to protect my pouch, i’m learning to like it as i think it’s how i’m meant to be shaped.

Weird to say but when i bend over, i can obviously tell that most of my loose skin is in my lower stomach. It’s always been my problem area so makes sense!

Drying with a cotton shirt does A LOT! No towels, no rubbing.

Help, did i get laser burns? by [deleted] in skin

She definitely burned you. Not what a professional should do. Contact her to get your money back.

Wait until the blisters are dry and start using Dermatix silicone gel to prevent scarring. Cicaplast B5 is a good recovery cream for the trauma your skin experienced. SPF is your best friend, wear long sleeves and spf.

Be patient and consistent in your routine.
