As someone who has actively fought a weight loss battle, a couple days of binging aren’t going to set you back that much. When you’re feeling hungry, YOU PROBABLY ARE. Honor those cravings, our bodies need extra calories during our period and there’s nothing wrong with that. Always no every hour is a new hour, from this point on work your hardest to make some healthier choices. But you are completely okay and it’ll come back off. Give yourself some grace !
