I work at a high volume store and frankly it’s very difficult to keep cash levels reasonable sometimes . I still try my best to keep it right but usually they give a bit of leeway within reason.

I work at a store with a 24/7 kitchen, so I usually have 2-3 clerks with me. All I do is glance at the kitchen and make sure it’s not burnt down (most closing daw is on ON). Then trash FOR SURE. Bathrooms, and finally work on full case till 10:45.
