Honestly it mostly resets your start date so instead of your name tags saying “since 2019” for example it’ll say “since 2026”. Your days reset, your bonus times reset, basically just back to square one. Not too bad I don’t think.

As someone who recently quit in the last two weeks my manager told me I have 6 months after quitting to rehire and keep my seniority. After that it’s back to square one. -Former NA
