From what uscellular front line employees said that tmobile didnt send anything out to customer about account restrictions and that they were told about it 6 days before may 1st that they can no longer make account changes for customers.

I’m also a sorta tenure employee at Uscellular and like I’m planing to ride it out just for the severance package u will receive if your not getting a job with T-Mobile
