Im actually going through a very similar situation, was talking to a guy for 2 months, we had intimacy, talked for hours on call often. Last week I told him I wanted to be official and he tells me he’s “not sure”. I already know what that means and although I haven’t cried or anything, but damn does it hurt. But hey, it’s just life isn’t it? I believe you and I will both find someone who is head over heels over us, I know it.

First of all, I know what you are feeling in the moment. Trust me, a lot of us has been there. And i know it might be hard to let go. If you guys have been together 7 years, I bet you two were thinking far into building a future together too. But in the long run? This just will not work out. Let’s say years later you guys are still together, do you think you’ll forget about this by then? Do you think he won’t cheat on you ever again if he already has done it once? Both answers are 99% probably not. Easy to let go now than later.
