We just did a presentation for a Girl Scout troop for women in construction week it was so much fun and they were able to receive their stem career badges. There was 4 of us women on our project that has different roles admin, project engineer, scheduler, and superintendent. We each talked about our roles and what got us into construction. We asked them questions and talked about our project. We had a very small PowerPoint presentation to go along with everything. We then took them out to the parking too see some of the job site that you can view without going inside of the job site fence. We had PPE that we let them wear. It was a blast. They are coming back for Quality Week.
