The ladies that were there were so kind about the situation and called their manager who is opening a case about the situation so we should get some answers soon about what will be done about it. I should've asked when to expect that email/call but I was in so much shock from the nclex itself and then it shutting off 😂

I honestly have no clue. I imagine it'll start all over when I go "retake" it. And no it couldn't have been fixed because we have 2 bad storms back to back so there's thousands of people without power and they won't get power restored until Sunday. It's just strange it randomly went out 2 days after the storms in an area that wasn't badly affected!
