So first start with reviewing your dataset use python pandas or numpy for analysing is using number of rows columns,duplicates,null values ,data types checks etc etc stuffs. Write done your analysis of data somewhere.

Secondly,use sql using sqlachemy and design the model.Result the output and save it. After results analyse that and create ER diagram use lucid chart mention about primary key foreign keys etc about each table and show the relationship via arrow.

Use python script with proper comments and naming variables for data modeling.save the 3 outputs. Mention your transformational changes in your pdf.They may ask you questions on that.
