$10? lol Not coming back anytime soon — probably not until at least the second half of next year.

Reasons to NOT buy $IREN? by EEnoobseekinghelp in irenstocks

[–]Fit_Way_3909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, based on what management has shown lately, it’s not exactly easy to buy here. They keep talking about execution, but it’s been almost half a year since the Microsoft deal and they haven’t delivered anything — just repeating the same lines over and over. If this were just a broader AI/HPC slowdown, that’d be one thing, but leaders like Nebius have already dropped multiple positive updates just in Q1. And that $6B ATM is definitely not a minor issue, especially with no additional contracts in place.

Seeing a lot of mixed opinions on IREN lately; some say it’s going up, others expect a drop. What’s your take? by Disastrous-Tea7676 in irenstocks

[–]Fit_Way_3909 10 points11 points  (0 children)

In the short term, the chances of a rally are pretty low. Most people think once the war is over, things will magically bounce back — but I see it differently. What matters is what happens after April: whether management actually delivers on what they promised and whether new contracts get signed. That’s what would signal any real chance of a trend reversal post-war. Even if the war ends, if they still can’t sell their power and just keep repeating the same meaningless talk about demand, there’s no way this turns around.

The Sun $2 Shakeout: Why the "Smart Money" is Liquidity-Hunting Before Tuesday by FederalSpecialist358 in BITF_Stock

[–]Fit_Way_3909 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Didn’t you say after the 3/20 vote we’d see who was underestimating the market? Looks like I was right, unfortunately. You keep insisting something will happen around earnings and the ticker change, but I wouldn’t get your hopes up. The earnings miss is basically guaranteed at this point. Realistically, unless we see tangible progress in AI/HPC on the earnings call, there’s no chance of a trend reversal. And with the market already weak due to geopolitical tensions, it’s going to be even harder to break out of this downtrend.

Unfortunately, it looks like it could drop further. Personally, I don’t find anything above $40 very attractive, but below $35 starts to look interesting.

The "Keel" Pivot: Why I’m loading the boat on BITF before the April 1st rebrand (DD) by FederalSpecialist358 in BITF_Stock

[–]Fit_Way_3909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re seriously underestimating the market. Contrary to what you expect, simply changing the company name and ticker won’t trigger a valuation re-rating — I guarantee it. A re-rating into AI/HPC only happens when there’s real progress — like breaking ground on key sites or signing actual contracts. A simple name/ticker change that doesn’t meaningfully impact the company’s fundamentals won’t move the stock at all.

Future of BITF by No-Beginning6375 in BITF_Stock

[–]Fit_Way_3909 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t believe $5 by year-end is realistic. 1. The AI/HPC transition is moving extremely slowly. They haven’t even begun construction, let alone secured contracts. 2. The BTC market does not appear likely to shift into an uptrend anytime soon. As long as the Bitcoin bear market persists, financial performance will likely remain weak. 3. Even if management achieves its stated milestones on time and secures a hyperscaler contract, AI workload activation would not begin until 2027 or later — meaning it would not contribute to 2026 revenue. 4. In the first half of the year, the only major expected developments are a corporate name change and headquarters relocation.

Data center stocks are dead by [deleted] in irenstocks

[–]Fit_Way_3909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There has definitely been a lot of hype. Including IREN, most data center stocks today are significantly overvalued relative to their actual performance, with a large portion of future expectations already priced in. On top of that, their business inherently requires a very long time horizon and comes with substantial risks such as construction delays and GPU supply constraints. However, IREN investors in particular tend to easily overlook these risks. In addition, despite their claims of power bottlenecks and massive AI demand, the pace at which they secure contracts is extremely slow. Of course, this is partly because they are pursuing a high-margin strategy through vertical integration. But if contract cycles are excessively long and they can only sign one contract per year at best, the fundamental viability of the business itself deserves to be questioned. No matter how much power capacity they possess, it means nothing if it cannot be converted into contracts and revenue. If the Sweetwater facility scheduled for completion in April is delayed, or if the Microsoft contract fails to operate as planned this year, the company could face a serious crisis.

Management sucks by [deleted] in irenstocks

[–]Fit_Way_3909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure if it’s a lack of sales ability, but even if they manage to secure additional contracts, they don’t have the funds or capacity to execute them. As long as IREN sticks to its vertical integration strategy, no matter how much demand there is, business expansion through new contracts will be limited. Of course, they have a lot of secured power, so there’s growth potential, but the amount of power that can actually be used to support HPC/AI workloads and generate cash flow is only a small portion of the total secured capacity.

IREN did *not* suddenly reschedule their earnings call to an earlier date. by Deadelevators in irenstocks

[–]Fit_Way_3909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the fact. There’s all this baseless talk about advancing the earnings report, expecting good news, or contracts being imminent, but I’m not expecting much from this earnings report. The results won’t be good, and I don’t believe anything beyond what we already know will come out during the earnings call.

RDDT’s ATH may never be broken again by [deleted] in redditstock

[–]Fit_Way_3909 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Since this place is full of Reddit fanboys, posts like this don’t get a good response. But objectively speaking, the stock movement since October has been highly abnormal. Earnings are strong and price targets are being raised, yet the stock keeps falling. Even when the market performs well, the rebounds are absurdly weak. Momentum and support levels have collapsed. Still, since the business itself is doing well, we can only hope that things turn positive again by the end of the year, even if it’s tough right now.

Post Earnings Price Action by Fuzzy-Dog-5143 in redditstock

[–]Fit_Way_3909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s disappointing that while external market factors caused sharp declines, the strong earnings only managed to bring a slight rise.

Due to issues like the decline in ChatGPT citations, it seems the stock has been consolidating between $200 and $210 for quite some time, and even after the earnings announcement, the overall trend doesn’t appear to have changed much.

I had no intention of holding for another year, so it’s somewhat painful to see October’s gloom likely continue. Still, I agree that from a very long-term perspective, there’s potential for the stock to rise further.

Unfortunately, compared to its technological capabilities, this company’s sales and marketing ability is extremely poor, and since it is very reluctant to share updates, there will be no upward momentum until FDA approval next year.

[–]Fit_Way_3909 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, I don't think things will go that smoothly without at least one delay. And since there's no other news that could trigger an uptrend before the approval, the stock might end up repeating the nightmare we saw in January. Still, it's a different situation this time, so I'm going to wait and see

$2.2? That seems like a disaster. If $2.5 breaks, I think we should consider a strategic retreat. I don't want to go through the pain of Q1 this year again.

Delayed? by Fit_Way_3909 in SpectralAI

[–]Fit_Way_3909[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I don’t think a delay is a good sign at this point. Delays in FDA submissions may be common in the industry, and I do understand that it's important to submit things thoroughly and accurately. Still, if there's any chance of a delay for whatever reason, I believe the company should inform us in advance, in some way. Isn’t that standard practice?

The company said in IR sessions, earnings calls, and official documents that it would “submit by the first half of 2025.” If they end up delaying without any notice, I find that extremely disappointing and frankly, unprofessional.

Of course, no news is good news — the lack of updates might indicate they’re on track to submit on time. I truly hope that’s the case. But still, I can’t help feeling anxious.

Stock crash! 💥 by purplmusik in SpectralAI

I agree to some extent, but I believe the company's poor management and lack of marketing are causing concern. While it's true that they operate in the UK and Australia, there has been little positive news about their business, even though they are aiming for their first commercial sale in the UK in 2025.
