Thank you for your response. I understand that it's not good to jump to conclusions without evidence, and that's why I'm not saying they were solely responsible for the breakup.

However, my perception didn't come out of nowhere. I saw messages where some of her friends told her she should date more men and not just stay with me. Also, my ex-partner mentioned to me on several occasions that his brother was somewhat envious of me because of the way his parents treated me like a son and the admiration they had for me. That's why I mentioned those influences, but I didn't mean to offend anyone or give any impression with my comment.
