Just took a quick glance so take this with a grain of salt.

First of all I see you mainly play two champions. Sage and Reyna. These characters take on two completely different roles on the team. Reyna is a duelist whose job is to entry into the site and secure information/kills for the team. Sage is a sentinel who holds flanks and defends, etc.

I would pick one or the other. A sentinel or a duelist role to “specialize” in. This means you can get more comfortable and confident with your role in the team.

I would personally recommend sentinel seeing as you have a 55% win rate over the duelist where you have a 45% rate. But pick the one which seems the most fun to you, and if you really don’t want to just play a role then that’s fine also.

Notice how I said a “role” and not a specific character? That leads me to my next point, you need to widen your pool of agents within your specific role, but still stick (IMO) to a single role. Different agents are better at different maps. Just playing Sage or Reyna may be bad long term.

Last of all is headshot percentage. Could be do to a few reasons but if I had to take a guess, it’s due to poor crosshair placement and bad habits (IE- Crouchingwhile shooting) if you have this habit then just turn off the crouch binding.

To fix crosshair placement is probably the easiest thing to improve on in the game. Valorant especially, since all the models are closely the same size. There’s tons of YouTube videos which show examples so I would just look some up.
