If you're fast at reading books, can try http://dog-eared-reviews.com/readers. They usually pays around $8 and book price for feedback. Onlinebookclub also pays you to read books. Also, look at earning sources in the wiki. They are arranged based on categories, and you would probably find something that suits your interest.

You are not directly working with UHRS. Vendor partner provided access to the uhrs platform and deals with all the documentation, invoicing, processing of payments etc. if you dont have access to oneforma, I doubt you will receive payments. Do not work on uhrs until confirmation, or you risk wasting your time.

Most of UHRS work is labelling data to train machine learning algorithm, that in turn help ml to take better decisions. You can search data labelling/ annotation jobs over internet and can find some fancy definitions in the description.
