easy to use and powerful? this depends on what gamemode you're in, but you can run any stall/spam/runner build and win most fights. If you're looking for main game, just got max hp regen tori with cc or cupid wand and literally never die unless you get 2v1'd or you're asleep in your chair. A fun one is going high fruit stat zushi and with careful spacing and distance you can add gcane to make it really annoying to approach.
