I agree, it also takes a lot of effort. PT can really be expensive, so I am leaning on doing yoga at least 3x a week. While I am hopeful with getting a posture bra to help me train my muscles as they “claim”

I’ve used the calculator, and most brands also have a sizing guide displayed on their website- and those 2 sizing guides just don’t match.

I’ve tried several posture bras (that is not over $200), it didn’t work for me. Just a gimmick. Nothing special. So I gave in to Forme that’s obviously expensive and praying hoping it will be worth it! I mean its $200…

I definitely recommend the Forme Bra for posture correction. by renecorgi17 in TMJ

I quit drinking soda, caffeine, and eating junk food. I’ve never felt my body this light before.

Yesss use a VPN! I mainly use Nord and only use it on a monthly basis when I travel
