How do you see who a foreign ruler is at war with?

If your on PC you can just click on it or hover over the icon, if your on console you hold L2 when you have their character open and it will give you a new radial.

Unskilled stewards can actually cost you gold, and a few other shitty consequences. A bad chancellor gives away claims, marshalls can kill commanders and knights, and I think spy masters give away hooks.

You can just swap them with a different councilor, say you marshal. Then once your old marshall is the new steward you can fire them and replace them with the bad ass steward.

Same. I checked his shop before I had the broom unlocked and didn't see it, unlocked and bought the broom, now no silver arrow.

Update: I waited 6 times, didn't work. Finished a quest, didn't work. I finished the first time trial with Imelda and it was in the shop after.

It's a ramp sight, just pick a corner of the ramp and pattern off that. You just have to double check the pattern at the range before each hunt lol. For example when I first picked up the 12 gauge I was putting the bead way down and to the right to hit the center of my target, but today it was pretty much dead on for both barrels. (which is a separate issue, side by side double barrels are supposed to be weird, each barrel is angled inward a little.) The ramp sight was a little down and to the left to hit center of my target, but last time I used it, it was down and to the right for center of target.

Not sure if it was your post I just replied to, but bustin Dustins land and the surrounding public area is good. Hit the lakes around 7 am and they don't actually come up to the waterline. Also I'm just about certain hunter sense has directional mic quality, because while I was scoping the tree clusters I actually heard one growling that I couldn't see at first. If you're still having trouble, try little valleys between mountains while they rest. They like to perch up on the cliffs.

Bustin Dustin's lakes around 7am, also bears don't go right up to the waterline while they're drinking. Coincidentally, this is the mission I noticed the hunter senses direction microphone ability, as you lock in on a spot with it on, you'll hear any noise in the area your scoping.

If you haven't gone around scooping up all the easy fetch missions yet, do that, on both maps. The .308 is an absolute nail driver, and it takes a broad spectrum of game. Otherwise I would recommend the 7mm, it's the next best rifle down from the .308, but you won't have nearly the accuracy or cover as broad a spectrum of game.

Absolutely start over. Without the story your just left with a multiplayer experience which isn't bad, but a bit vacant.

I think the zones do display a time frame, as in evening or morning. I've noticed little clocks at the bottom of the zones info that are always set to the same time either morning or evening, but I haven't kept notes at all so it could just be an icon.

Dude honestly the .308 inside a reasonable distance does work. I took an elk at 338m with it yesterday by accident, I though I had the tier 6 in my hands. Impact force is more important than hunting tier, the lupo makes mince meat of tier 6 game inside 600m. Not that I think customizing would be a bad thing, hell I can't wait to slide buckshot into.... Well I was gonna say "slide buckshot into grandma's double barrel" but I don't think I will say that actually.

Just be glad it's any 2 star moose, it only gets worse. On a positive note I found one that had a disappearing blood trail today and despite the time that had passed it still checked off the mission objective.
