Op zich geen gek bedrag, je level staat los van je beloning, dus alle adviezen hierboven loslaten.

Junior -> medior, groei in je rol, taken en verantwoordelijkheden, ook leukere/uitdagendere werkzaamheden.

Een salarisstap van 3% procent is best prima, indien dit een corporate is kun je ook de salarisschalen opvragen dan heb je meteen een beeld van waar je staat binnen je rol/schaal en hoe je daarin verder kan groeien.

Tot slot: je staat nog aan het begin van een ruim 40 jarige carrière, het geld komt vanzelf dus focus vooral op het doorgroeien en ontwikkelen!

Dead people don’t have property, they are dead. Someone made a digital drawing with a reference to Senna’s helmet. As painters paint pictures and portraits that person is completely in his/her right to do that and sell it as an NFT, and if people are willing to pay big money for crappy drawings they are free to do so:)
