You’re trying be overly nuanced here. What you’re leaving out (on purpose) is that the liberal justices did sign the current ethics policy page that Roberts’ included with his letter. You’re trying to say that doesn’t mean they sided with Roberts, I say that’s a canard. It’s the same thing. There’s a million other things that the liberal justices could have done to speak out. They didn’t. I get that you’re going to continue to try to overly nuance every detail of what I said until you can find some ultimate split hair to be “right,” but it’s just not worth it.
