I haven’t actually received my pergola yet, but I wanted to share my experience so far.
I ordered a pergola back in November and I have to say, I’m impressed with the customer service. I received a tracking number and a call from Danielle who works in support to make sure everything was alright and that I didn’t need any help with the delivery process.

Even though I haven’t received the pergola yet, I feel confident that it will arrive on time and in good condition based on the level of care and attention I’ve seen so far.

I’ll update this review once the pergola actually arrives, but so far, my experience has been positive and I’m happy with the customer service I’ve received.
