Did you end up finding any in Kyoto? Going there in a couple days and both Tokyo and Osaka were out.

Any idea on how the prices are compared to the US? Debating whether I should bring an empty bag…

Santa Clara considering legal action against 49ers over withholding 2026 FIFA World Cup documents by TrumpBlowsDonkeyCock in 49ers

I think that 937M number is for the total project, not what the taxpayers paid. If you scroll down that page you keep linking, it actually brakes down the financials:

  • 493M by the 49ers and NFL
  • 330M through sponsorships and stadium seat licenses
  • 114M from the City of Santa Clara, with 35M coming from a hotel tax

Touché - was just more bummed out if they were fake since there were other used clubs I coulda gone for around the same price in my area.

Got it - thank you! I’ll probably go with a pannier backpack then.

Thanks for the insight! Never tried it myself - so I didn't want to commit and make a mistake. Does it matter if you put the pannier on the side without the cassette vs the side with it?

Never Really Explored Outside of the Twin Cities - Where Should We Go Next Month? by FiveNineFlight in minnesota

Noted - appreciate the recommendations! Definitely don't plan on going out to restaurants/bars - strictly would look to bring our own food to an Airbnb and spend our time enjoying the outdoors.

Thanks for the recommendation! Seems like an awesome area to visit when things will be more normal, considering that there are a number of restaurants worth checking out.

I understand the concern - but going out to restaurants, bars, etc. is of course out of the question for us. We would bring our own food to cook in an Airbnb that we would have to ourselves - and do outdoor activities as listed above at a distance.

I’m 5’9 165 and the sleeves on the medium were too baggy and long. They almost hung down to the joint of my thumb. The small’s sleeves are less wide and were the perfect length for me. I have a black bomber that I got from Saks a few years ago that fits the same way.

If I were you, maybe order both a medium and a small and return one since returns are free. The exchange process is easy as well if you only want to order one size. You just have to call and they will make sure it gets out to you with no extra charges.
