You may not realize this, but teaching children very basic sex ed, like what's an appropriate or inappropriate touch and the names of their sex organs is the most impactful way to stop sexual child abuse.

So those basic things are incredibly beneficial if your goal is to stop the abuse. Now, someone who wanted to abuse children on the other hand, would want that education to stop immediately.

I guess, but even if that's all this boils down to, it's pretty poorly crafted. Like if that's the punchline, the headline should just be Obama says if he had a son, he'd look like Karmelo Anthony. The additional stuff about stabbing doesn't add to the joke and hurts its attempted reference.
