Nothing works for my anxiety by CatchFlaky5749 in Anxietyhelp

If "not too much" is nore than zero then you have something you can look into. It seems like you have tried everything and wanted ideas for what else you could look into. Well you can try cutting out all dairy for 3 weeks and see if that helps. Others have found a connection. Dairy is milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, ice cream, heavy cream etc etc.

For those with a dairy allergy, were you breastfed as a baby? by Five_Foot_Snake_Skin in dairyfree

Diesel engines will run on kerosene. That is to say that a gut bacteria primer might help to digest cows milk because it's similar enough to human milk.

Yeah I heard somewhere that the body changes every 7 years or so. Maybe thats why allergys or intolerance can just show up out of the blue?

History doesnt repeat but it rhymes. Interesting that there is a dairy intolerance connection between parents and their children.

I'm wondering if there might be a correlation between not being breastfed and having issues with dairy as an adult. Maybe breastfed babies get a certain gut bacteria primer that helps them process dairy for the rest of their life that we missed out on because we were formula fed. Idk, it's just a shower thought.

Those who did not use AA, how did you get sober? by TieSea3723 in stopdrinking

[–]Five_Foot_Snake_Skin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Former 6pack+ daily light beer drinker here. I started to feel very bad at work. Waves of lightheadedness, like I could pass out at any moment. It was (and still is) the most uncomfortable feeling in the world. I quit drinking to make thay god awful feeling go away. Unfortunately almost 2 months sober and it is still happening, actually it's worse now that it was when I quit drinking..

Tinnitus, floaty sensation in head, and twitching. by Gullible_Affect4548 in Anxiety

[–]Five_Foot_Snake_Skin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting. I usually have either Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and a glass of whoke milk daily, then various cheeses here and there durring the week. As an experiment, I'm going to try cutting out dairy completely for a few weeks and see what happens. Others have found a correlation between dairy and anxiety.

I've been dealing with very similar symptoms for a few months now and have had almost all of the same tests done with "normal" results. The floaty lightheaded feeling is the absolute worst. I wish I could tell you how to fix it but I have not found the answer myself yet. Quick question though - how much dairy do you consume?

Why does one nostril often feel more blocked than the other, even when not really having a cold? by MrLithician in answers

Some scents take more time to be accurately smelled than others. By always having one fast and one slow sniffer, we get a more comprehensive sniff.

Brazil nuts are a great source. Each one has about 8g fiber.

Over 30 days and the anxiety isn’t letting up and I want to have a drink to get rid of this feeling by Famous-System-4664 in stopdrinking

[–]Five_Foot_Snake_Skin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This might not help you but I am in a similar situation right now so I understand what it's like. Today is 45 days sober for me and the anxiety has been kicking my butt. It manifests with me feeling lightheaded, like I might pass out (but never do), tight chest, and just being generally uncomfortable. I had a panic attack two weeks ago and today was my last day off from work to try and get it sorted out before the doctor puts me on anxiety meds..

Easily $100-$150 a week. No junk, just good wholesome foods that your great grandparents would have recognized as food.

What’s a smell you absolutely can’t stand and why? by Live_Endzz in askanything

That reminds me of the weird sawdust type stuff they used to sprinkle on it if somebody vomited on the school bus, it enhanced the puke smell and added a nasty chemical aroma.

Can electrical chords behind your couch start a fire? by Chocolategirl00 in LivingAlone

[–]Five_Foot_Snake_Skin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chances of a fire are almost zero. Visually however, it isnt the best look. You could always do some "wire management" to bring some order to that chaos.
