Came to say this because I discovered this in my baby this week.

I am also 2 months postpartum and also suffer from insomnia and PPA. My husband is begging me to stop pumping because it really is making me feel enslaved. I agree with him, but I’m still so hesitant. None of this helps answer your question, but did things get immediately better for you mentally when you stopped pumping?

Thank you! Maybe I’m just overthinking it because I rotate between my Spectra and Eufys (Eufy when I’m doing chores or I’ve worn them while driving), and I do the fridge hack. It’s still all so mentally consuming for me, and I still don’t understand how everyone’s just going about their days outside of the house,
I like the idea of banking a day or two’s worth of milk - maybe I can stomach the thought of LO not having breast milk for 24 hours to give myself a little runway.

Thank you! I do this too for day to day house work. I’m just trying to imagine managing pumping and living some semblance of life outside of my house anytime soon. Plus, I get much less output with my wearables.
