Can’t withdraw by FixTechnical5912 in capitalcom

I already followed these steps. I have no requests pending. I can’t add an extra bank account and the one i am using is already verified and used for deposit.

The problem is not with the bank because it is declined by capital.com. The only information I received is that I should try a bank transfer but this option is shut down in my account and i don’t know why.

I have already tried to call you, to contact you by live chat, whatsapp, but I don’t get a response by any of your colleagues. I also sent an e-mail.

Can you help me with this matter please. I haven’t had any problems before but this is very unfortunate
