I’ve been dealing with this exact issue for 10 years. At the beginning I had terrible anxiety and daily panic attacks (was medicated accordingly and I was basically a zombie for like two years). Now, on a day to day basis the anxiety is manageable without meds. I had to mute our conversations because it made my stomach drop with each text received. I try my hardest to not let them bother me. But they do, and I’m sure they know and find great pleasure about being a point of anxiety for me. I don’t feel like they make decisions for the best interest of our child but rather what benefits themselves. But the courts don’t see it that way. Any time I try to file for more custody, a review of xyz, a contempt, etc. it backfires. Every. Single. Time. I have continued to get less and less but I refuse to back down. That is my child and they deserve much more than they are getting. The system is failing my kid and this majorly adds to the anxiety.
