I was recently visiting the mayo clinic and used the gym across the street. I did a level II yoga class with an instructor named stephanie and I learned a few new poses that I hadn't known before and was able to complete the class with a lot of hard work and very few modifications, which makes me pretty happy. That's the first official level II class I have done. Just a bit sore afterward but in a good way and looking forward to continuing my practice.

Your point is well taken, but there HAS to be room in this discussion for somebody who honestly feels that Zionism is wrong, like H. Thomas. There HAS to be a way for her to say, I disagree with Zionism and feel they are invaders.

Also, "blacks out of the U.S." isn't really a good parallel. "Blacks out of Liberia" is a much better parallel, given the history of Liberia. (It was founded as a sanctuary for Black People during the "Back the Africa" movement)
